Money Available For Businesses

Business Grants
In these difficult economic times that we are in many people are being laid off and are struggling to find employment. This is not a new topic. I’m sure if you just searched around the internet you would find blogs and articles addressing this topic on a daily if not hourly basis. Many claim that they have new job opportunities, go back to school offers, get rich quick schemes, etc. Most of these are not legit and offer no real solution in achieving financial freedom. I’ve always been an entrepreneur and interested in working for myself and not for “the man” so I’ve done some research on starting your own business and would like to share a few ways that I found to make the process as easy as possible.
The most important thing in starting your own business is getting capital, or in otherwise finding the money necessary to get started. Finding capital is usually the hardest aspect of starting a new business. Most people go to friends and family, apply for a small business loan, or look for other alternatives. Many people don’t know that the federal government actually can be a great resource in obtaining the needed capital to start a small business. There are many state development agencies, lending institutions that work with the government and non-profit organizations that provide millions of dollars in grant money to small and new business owners each year. Requirements are simple, usually as long as you are a U.S. citizen and over the age of 18 than you qualify. These small business grants are sponsored by the federal government, state government and other agencies. Most of the time these to obtain these grants you need not pledge any collateral or have your credit checked.
So now that you have your business plan and are now ready to get some capital to get things moving you will need to find out the source from where you need to obtain a small business grant. The best place to start is by looking locally. You can get a list of agencies in your area that give out grants from the federal or state government. They will provide you with further information on what you need to do to apply and what type of grants are available to you.
Like I said earlier there are many different types of small business grants available. To give you an idea of the diversity of grants available look at these: minority small business grants, small business grants for women, business start up grants, consulting and research grants and many more. Like I said earlier you can find a list of all the grants available to you by checking locally which agencies provide what type of grants.
Another excellent resource to find what types of grants are available is the internet. There are many websites that will give you comprehensive data on different federal and local state grants available. One of these websites is http://www.grantgenerator.com. They offer free software that allows you to look up hundreds of available grants. They offer access to a directory with over 1500 federal and private grants. Their program is the complete package to find grants and apply for them.
With the Inauguration of President Obama earlier this year things are beginning to change. It is easier to obtain the money you need so that you can be closer to financial freedom. Let the federal government help you on your journey through the aid of government grants. The longer you wait the more money other people are getting. Start looking now to secure your check from the government.

Child Care Centers Receive Funding Through Government Grant Programs

Children are amazing! Did you know you can teach sign language to a baby as early as 5-6 months? Did you know that 75% of brain development occurs from birth to age 6? New discoveries are being made every day about the amazing human brain, and what it is capable of. Studies have shown that a child’s intelligence grows when it is stimulated by a healthy environment, especially in the early years.
Because of the need for additional income, more families are using outside child care facilities. Sadly, cost is a huge factor in the choice of day care facilities, and many child care centers around the United States do not have the funding and/or education that is needed to provide the type of stimulating environment that is essential for our children’s intellectual needs.
Our children are the future of our planet. Doesn’t it make sense to create an environment to nurture and teach them? Where they can be empowered to develop critical thinking and problem solving skills? Shouldn’t our children be taught the importance of life-long learning and the quest for more knowledge? Sure, they are taught in elementary school, but critical learning must start much earlier than that.
For many years, our government has taken a major role in providing funding for education. They are also realizing that what affects our children right now will affect the future of our nation. New government grant programs are becoming available not only for education, but also for funding childcare centers so that can provide educational programs to enhance early child development. A good portion of our state tax money goes to fund education of our children, but there is a lot of federal grant money set aside for these programs.
http://www.GrantGenerator.com has a list of the different grant programs available in a variety of different categories-from educational and non-profit organizations to grant money to start a small business, as well as programs created specifically for child care. These grants can be used for training of staff, purchasing equipment, technology, supplies and food, etc. Child care centers that might not be able to afford to get training or materials now have the ability to qualify for government funding that does not have to be paid back! As a side note, there are also government grant programs to help families pay for child care as well.
If parents must work outside the home, they should have a safe, healthy, stimulating environment in which their children can learn and grow. The federal government and other private organizations are helping by providing the grants. The rest is up to the child care centers themselves to find and apply for those benefits. Finding the right program can be tedious and time consuming unless you have software to help you. This website has some valuable tools and information. If you know of a center that could use the financial aid, have them go to http://www.GrantGenerator.com to find the funding they need.
By investing into our children now, we are investing in our nation’s future!

Disabled individuals get government grants

It can be hard for disabled people to get by in modern day society. Let’s face it, times are tough and it’s hard enough for a fully able, educated, qualified individual to find employment. Being disabled would limit you from all physical jobs: Construction, food server, flight attendant, fireman, police officer etc. But, there are obviously other struggles other than just financial. It’s hard to get around, and you are limited to certain restaurants, hotels, cars, offices etc. Oftentimes, people look down on the disabled which would make it difficult to succeed in any aspect of life.
So taking all of this in account in addition to other factors, the government has programs set up for the disabled to provide them with government grants. But, what exactly does it mean to be disabled? A person who is disabled is a person who:
• Has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities;
• Has a record of such an impairment; or
• Is regarded as having such an impairment.
America has been aware of the disadvantages of disabilities for quite some time. First, the government created the “Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990”. This prohibits discrimination in the workplace and protects the disabled. So, as of 1990 it is illegal to let disability affect application procedures, hiring, firing, advancement, compensation, job training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
Even still, this does not address the fact that it is physically impossible for the disabled to do certain physical jobs therefore drastically limiting their pool of job choices. So, that’s when the government deemed it necessary to give out free government grant money in the form of a government grant for disabled persons.
The government offers free government grants for the disabled in the form of free money. The money can be spent on wheelchairs, other accessories to help with the individual’s impairment, or the money can be spent in supplementation to their income, or used as the primary source of income. The government gives free money to these people to help better their lives and their situation.
You may have heard that grants are hard to get or you may just have no idea to go about applying for a grant. While I was doing my research, I came across a website that will be a great tool if you are considering applying for a government grant, specifically a grant for disability to get free government money. You can find out a lot more information on how, by going to this website, http://www.grantgenerator.com. My heart truly goes out to the disabled and the challenges in life they face. I hope you will share this website with any disabled persons who may need extra assistance.

Musicians Get money from the government

Musical Grants
I come from a very musical family. My mom knows how to play the guitar, piano, violin, organ, and is a classically trained vocalist that has traveled the world for her talent. My little sister, at the young age of 13 out sang seniors in High School in a competition. Needless to say, music was stressed as highly important in my family. My love for music is for the piano. I capitalized on my talent at a young age of 14 and taught piano lessons. By the time I graduated high school I had over 15 students. So I know the value of music and have seen the benefits in my own life.
The thing weighing on my mind right now, however, is my little sister. Although she does not get great grades, she is probably one of the most talented girls in the Nation and any University would be lucky to have her. But, at this time, she is applying for scholarships and can’t seem to get any scholarships because they focus primarily on GPA and ACT/SAT scores. To make matters worse, my parents cannot really afford to pay for her college and she is now very discouraged at the thought of even attending a University.
So, my frustration in this subject probed me to do some research on the benefits of musical education and why Universities should encourage prospective students to make music a priority. Here are a few highlights of some things I found:
1. Statistics show that children who have been surrounded by music, and taught music from a young age are more successful in school than those who have not.
2. Children who are actively involved in music have better concentration, a higher IQ and better brain development.
3. Children who are actively involved in music specifically excel in math and reading
4. Music can play an active role in a child’s social development.
I was amazed at my findings but MORE amazed that more Universities do not offer more scholarships for students who excel in music. Music is not only a skill, but a type of intelligence. Some of the greatest minds in history are musicians and were considered “geniuses”.
I was relieved to find that although there are not a lot of scholarships out there for music students, there are a lot of government grants that are specifically for musicians. I was ecstatic because government grants for music are much better than scholarship because it is free government money that you don’t have to pay back. The only shame about all of this is how many people are not aware of this.
Being a fellow musician, I want to reach out and ask all of you to spread the word. While I was doing my research, I came across a website that will be a great tool if you are considering applying for a government grant, specifically grants for musicians to get free government money. You can find out a lot more information on how, by going to this website, http://www.grantgenerator.com. It has definitely helped my sister and I wish that I would have known about it earlier as well.

Grant Application Difficult

There are over 1000 different government grant programs available through twenty six federal agencies. These agencies have grant programs in all of the twenty one different categories. See more info at http://www.federalgrantonline.com Finding the right government grant for you as an individual, or for your business or non-profit organization can be tedious and very time consuming. The categories are very broad which makes locating a grant program that fits your needs a difficult challenge. Then, once the right government grant program is located, you must begin the process of gathering and writing the application documentation. Each grant program has its own individual set of very specific instructions that must be carefully followed in order to have your application accepted. There are government grants for individuals, as well as organizations. Although there are more grant programs available to organizations, an individual may not apply for a grant that is set aside for an organization. The application will not be accepted. There are a few things that may cause you to get disqualified from the application process. If you have ever defaulted on a government loan, if you have tax or other government liens, if you owe back child support, etc.It is difficult to navigate all of the rules and regulations. There is a software program that has been designed to simply the process. It doesn’t make sense to go through all of the work and research to have your application for a government grant denied. The new software tools can help you quickly and easily identify which grants you can apply for, as well as make the application for government grants easier and more efficient. Grants for single mothers

It is hard being a single mother, especially in today’s economy. With the rising cost of housing as well as childcare, it’s difficult for even a two income household to keep afloat. Sometimes it seems like there is no way to possibly get ahead. Sadly, many single mothers have no other income supplementation, and get heavily into debt trying to support their family.
Many single mothers need financial assistance, but cannot qualify for loans because they don’t meet income requirements, or have credit issues. It can be a never ending cycle. Help is available through government grants.
Many people are aware that there are federal college grants for financial aid, as well as business grants for starting your own company, but did you know that there are government grants available specifically for single mothers? Unfortunately, each year many of these grants goes unfilled because they are not applied for, either because single mothers are not aware of them, or because they don’t think that they will qualify and so do not ever apply. Each government grant program has its own specific requirements, but your eligibility is not based on a credit score, or your credit history. Even if you have had a bankruptcy, it does not decrease your chances of getting a grant.

Technology grants available for software, hardware, and trainging

Technology Grants
Everything these days is technology driven. Just when you get used to doing something one way, they come out with a smaller, faster, better version that you have to upgrade to. Usually this also involves a substantial fee!
It’s really sad when you are getting frustrated trying to figure something out and your teenage kid sighs, rolls his eyes, and says “All right, move over, let me show you how to do it.”
How did they get so smart with technology? Many schools are teaching our children to use technology in their everyday lives! Not only do they teach kids to type resumes, but also how to use the internet, create spread sheets, build websites and so much more! It is so much easier for students to learn when they are following along and using the program at the same time that the curriculum is being taught. With a world that runs on technology, our kids have to be taught how to do these things.
Have you ever tried to download a program and your computer can’t handle it? The computer keeps crashing because it can’t handle the required task? That is one of the most common, frustrating problems of not having up-to-date technology! Can you imagine teaching a class in which the technology cannot keep up with the lesson?
Because technology changes so quickly, it becomes difficult for these educational programs to fund upgrades/updates on their own. Much of the funds for technology for education come from grants. They are available for grades k-20, after school programs, non-profit organizations, etc. They are offered by the government, as well as private individuals/private organizations.
Thankfully, the technology grants that are available help these programs keep current on the ever changing equipment; including hardware, software, and training on new products/curriculum. So training can run smoothly and efficiently, allowing students to learn different skills and programs that they will use in the job force. There are also government grants available for professional training in Information Technology skills. We are so lucky to live in a country that allows our children to learn and use technology.
Many schools and educational programs are learning how to write grant proposals and applications to get the funding they need. This can sometimes be a tedious and difficult process. A great resource is http://www.GrantGenerator.com here you can search for grants related specifically to your technology needs. There are many different categories in which technology grants are available. Finding the right program is time consuming to say the least. Using a search software can really speed up the process.
The government realizes that technology is an important part of our economy. They have educational grants and technology grants available to help our children learn the vital information they will need in the future. There are new programs coming out each year that provide different options for technology grants. To find out more about what grants are available, or to learn more about what types of technology qualify go to http://www.GrantGenerator.com

Government Grants allow small towns to get the resources they need:

I come from a small town in Wyoming. Ok not just small, but teeny! The population last I checked was somewhere around 280-that may have included a couple of dogs. My graduating class in high school was a total of 8 people. There isn’t much that exists there-mostly just sage brush and farm fields. There is one paved road, and the rest are all dirt. The main street boasts one little convenience store-with one measly gas pump, one sad looking bar that has been repainted so many times the paint will no longer stick and it actually has lumps, a café that serves mostly breakfast and burgers, and a small orderly post office. The town has an elementary school, junior high, and high school all in the same location. Oh yes, I almost forgot the little three room church!
The town looked pretty run down for the most part. A few good citizens tried to get others motivated to clean up their properties, and pitch in funds to build sidewalks, and a park for the children to play in. Unfortunately, for a small farm town, extra funds were difficult to come up with.
Finally, after having several town meetings and discussing the needs of the citizens, they decided that somehow they needed to secure funding from other sources. My Aunt was assigned the task of finding outside funding. After many hours researching the different options, she came across a program that helped find and write government grants. She ordered the program and soon became an expert on finding and securing grants.
The town was eligible for all kinds of government grants. They received a government grant to build separate school buildings for elementary, junior high, and high school, as well as a separate cafeteria for them to share.
They received a grant to build their town hall that had a room where they could hold large meetings as well as an office and storage area where they could keep important records. A grant was awarded to them for sidewalks, as well as to build a park for the kids in town-complete with a playground, fire pit and benches.
They qualified for several educational grants, including those to buy books, and other educational materials not covered by the state education board. They were eligible for a grant to get new computers, as well as updated wiring and satellite receivers for the town to have internet access.
They even received a grant to build a pavilion for their church.
The most important grant they received however was much needed funds to build a volunteer fire department. Not only were they able to build the building, and purchase equipment, but they were also able to get a separate grant to purchase weight training and cardio machines to keep the fire fighters in shape!
It’s amazing that there are so many government grants available to help people like this small farm town get the funding they so desperately need. What a difference it will make in the lives of that small community, and the future of their children.

Avoid Foreclosure-government grants to pay mortgage payments

Avoid Foreclosure: Sign up for a Free Government Grant Today!
When I was in college, I remember constantly hearing about buying a house! It seemed like everyone I knew was trying to get into a condo, house, townhouse or a house. It was the “smart” thing to do to buy a house and avoid “throwing your money away” through renting. The theory of it all makes sense. Why not buy a house and pay down the mortgage instead of paying in rent just to pay down THEIR mortgage.
Well, then I started to wonder how everyone I knew seemed to be able to afford to buy a house. What about down payments, interest rates, monthly payments, Taxes and Insurance etc.? How were all these college students affording all of this with their part time jobs?
I started to do some more research only to find out that they couldn’t afford it! They became caught up in what is called and ARM ( Adjustable Rate Mortgage), Interest Only, or Reverse Mortgage. All of these options do NOT include paying down your mortgage. In fact, some of them are EVEN making you become MORE in debt.. . . worse off than renting! The worst option of all ( in my opinion) was the adjustable rate mortgage. You are sailing along with a 1% interest rate for the first two years then BAM! You interest rate goes up to 8, 9 or even 10 percent!
All of these people were banking on one thing: the economy! They all thought that the economy would keep growing and their equity would keep doubling like it had the previous year. Nobody ever thought about what would happen if the economy started to take a turn in the opposite direction.
So, little by little when people’s Adjustable Rate Mortgages started adjusting, they realized there was no way they could afford their doubled payments and then the horrible word started to take place: FORECLOSURE! The more foreclosures, the worse the economy became and then. . . the domino effect!
But, I can’t help but wonder through all of this why people are not taking advantage and apply for free grants to help them keep their house! The government does not want the domino effect to continue and gives out free government money to keep people from entering into foreclosure. The government gives out thousands of different grants for countless different options. I can almost guarantee that one of the free government grant applications would apply to you.
There are free business grants, free cash grants, free college grants, free government business grants, free government grants for college, grants for small business, grants for women, grants for women business owners, housing grants, home improvement grants, minority business grants, minority grants, money grants, music grants and many many more.
Now, you are probably wondering how to go about applying for a government grant in order to save your house from foreclosure or better your financial situation in any way! http://www.grantgenerator.com is a great site to begin with. It will give you the information you need on how to apply for a government grant, which government grant would be best for you etc. Best of luck to everyone!
